Responsibilities

As part of the Roofcare team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, repairing improving roofing systems across residential and commercial properties. Working to high safety and quality standards, you’ll help protect buildings and extend the life of roofing assets.

• Carry out roofing inspections, maintenance and repair works
• Identify defects and recommend appropriate solutions
• Install and repair flat and pitched roofing systems
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations
• Accurately complete job reports and documentation
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, colleagues and clients
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas to a high standard

Requirements

We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals who take pride in their

work and are comfortable working at height.

• Previous experience in roofing, maintenance or construction (preferred)
• Understanding of roofing materials and systems
• Ability to work at height and outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• CSCS card or relevant trade qualification (desirable)
